Much like the dystopian world in which it is set, We Happy Few never feels quite right.Save money on content for this game by purchasing the Season Pass. It just becomes frustrating and makes a potentially immersive experience an irritating exercise in dealing with the game mistaking your intentions. Every time We Happy Few draws you in with an interesting tidbit about the world or the character you are playing as it’s scuppered by the systems fighting against you. There are no more details on what that means as it’ll be the story that needs to be uncovered in the DLC, but I’m guessing it’ll have some sinister outcome for Nick and uncover an even darker side of the We Happy Few world. This DLC will follow a journey filled with drugs, music, and claims by Nick that the “purples” have made him into some kind of monster. In this DLC the main star of the show will be rockstar Nick Lightbearer who has a huge following.
